
On October 12, at the Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day Celebration, Labor Hero Thai Huong was honored in the Top 10 Outstanding Vietnamese Entrepreneurs of 2022. With her strong desire to contribute, she successfully carried out the clean fresh milk revolution in Vietnam and left a strong mark in three other revolutions: the healthy beverage revolution, the organic revolution and the nutrition revolution for Vietnamese people, building an ecosystem of over 130 clean, organic products.

The ceremony was organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), with the participation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. Labor Hero Thai Huong - Founder, Chairman of the TH Group Strategy Council; General Director of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank is one of 60 outstanding Vietnamese entrepreneurs named; and in particular, she is also one of 10 people honored in the Top 10 Outstanding Vietnamese Entrepreneurs 2022.
The title "Outstanding Vietnamese Entrepreneur" was initiated by VCCI, awarded to entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements and contributions in business activities, social contributions, and contributions to building a civilized and prosperous business and country.
Those honored must also meet the six criteria of the Vietnamese Business Ethics Code, including: Creating economic value for society; Complying with the law; Transparency, fairness, integrity; Creativity, cooperation, mutual development; Respect for nature, environmental protection; Patriotism, responsibility to society and family.

Initiated by VCCI in 2006, however, this is the first year that the Top 10 Outstanding Vietnamese Entrepreneurs are selected; the selected faces are all famous entrepreneurs who have made great contributions to society.
According to statistics of VCCI, enterprises led and managed by Top 10 entrepreneurs have very impressive production and business results: On average, each year they contribute to the State budget over24,000billion dong, with revenue of over140,000billion dong and create jobs for94,000direct labor
In particular, along with the title of Most Outstanding Entrepreneur of Vietnam 2022, Ms. Thai Huong was also honored as one of 6 outstanding entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements and contributions in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.

In this woman, the desire to contribute has been strongly realized. She and TH have pioneered in creating healthier consumption trends, aiming for sustainable development, opening up great opportunities for the entire market.

The first is the Project of applying high technology in dairy farming and milk processing with a total investment of 1.2 billion USD, recognized by the World Record Alliance in 2020 as the world's largest concentrated farm cluster with a closed production process.

When asked what is the key to TH's success, Ms. Thai Huong shared: "Humanistic philosophy is the guiding light, shining for the brand. From the first day, I have identified 5 core values of TH products, building for TH an international brand: "True Happiness - True Happiness" with a clear humanistic nature and for community health. And I am determined to follow those values in any circumstance."
In addition, the Founder of TH Group also emphasized professionalism and superior thinking, combining high technology with management science, helping to create high labor productivity with the most reasonable cost and product quality meeting international standards.

She is also steadfast in practicing Vietnamese business ethics with socio-economic contributions, compliance with the law, transparency - integrity, creativity, respect for nature and patriotism, and a desire to serve for the health and true happiness of the community.
Not only an entrepreneur, first of all, Ms. Thai Huong is also a mother, a Vietnamese citizen; for many years, with that heart and attitude, she has always been a pioneer, accompanying the Vietnamese Government to implement major social security programs, poverty reduction activities, programs that contribute to improving the stature and physical strength of the young generation such as School Milk, National School Health, etc. In particular, joining hands to repel Covid-19, from the beginning of 2020 until now, TH has had many activities to donate products, medical supplies, and contribute to the vaccine fund with a total support value of 108 billion VND.

In May 2022, the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) officially announced 6 codes of ethics for Vietnamese businessmen, in which respecting nature and protecting the environment is the fifth rule emphasized.
Clearly, circular economy, green economy, and commitment to responsible business for the future are not only vital for common development but can also be considered an ethical standard for new-age entrepreneurs.
Since the establishment of the brand, the businesswoman has determined a sustainable development strategy based on six pillars: Nutrition-Health, Environment, People, Education, Community, Animal Welfare. Over the years, steadfastly following that path, TH has always focused on organic farming, protecting water resources, actively using green energy sources, founding and participating in environmental protection organizations, collecting and recycling packaging as well as implementing a series of actions to reduce plastic waste, spreading green living in the community.
TH product development strategy also follows the direction of respecting nature, taking the least from nature and returning the best things, bringing nutrition and health to people. Starting with milk, all of TH Group's later products follow that direction.
