Nghe An Newspaper surveys and inspects the implementation of Directive 11 in Quy Hop
(Baonghean.vn) - On November 22, a delegation of Nghe An Newspaper led by Mr. Tran Huu Nghia - Deputy Editor-in-Chief, inspected the implementation of Directive 11 on the distribution and use of Party newspapers in Quy Hop. Working with the delegation was Mr. Ho Le Ngoc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee.
CAttending were representatives of the Propaganda Department, District Party Committee Office and Quy Hop Post Office.

Before working with the leaders of Quy Hop District Party Committee, the delegation visited Chau Thai and Chau Quang communes to survey and inspect the distribution work, including the use of Party press publications according to the requirements of Directive 11/CT.TU and the quality of delivery and use of press publications provided to Party cells with special difficulties and prestigious people.

In general, the distribution of Party newspapers in Quy Hop has become stable and effective. However, in recent times, there are still some commune party committees, school party cells, and enterprises that have not yet properly implemented Directive 11 on ordering, purchasing, and using Party newspapers.

On behalf of the working group, comrade Tran Huu Nghia - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper discussed and reported the results of the inspection team's survey on the quality of delivery, ordering and using the provided newspapers. Through the inspection, in addition to acknowledging the advantages, the team also frankly pointed out some limitations and inefficiencies so that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Propaganda Department and the Post Office could take measures to direct, rectify and overcome them.
At the working session, based on listening to the results of the working delegation's report, comrade Ho Le Ngoc - Secretary of Quy Hop District Party Committee assigned the Propaganda Department to have solutions to advise and direct the Party Committees to properly implement the purchase and use of Party newspapers according to regulations, continue to urge to improve the effectiveness of newspaper use, and at the same time direct the District Post Office to have solutions to rectify and improve the quality of delivery, especially in remote communes.
