Arrested 2 subjects producing firecrackers

(Baonghean.vn) -On January 28, 2013, the leader of Vinh City Police said: The Economic-Drug Police Team of the City Police just caught two subjects red-handed illegally manufacturing and trading all kinds of firecrackers.

They are: Tran Hong Quan (born in 1990, residing in Duc Tho, Ha Tinh) and Le Trong Dat (born in 1991, residing in Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city). The seized evidence includes 9 kg of self-rolling firecrackers, 1 kg of firecracker powder and some tools for producing explosive firecrackers.

According to the initial confession, Le Trong Dat had started making firecrackers for a long time, each 20cm long mortar firecracker was sold for 15,000 VND. At the end of January 2013, Dat went to Tran Hong Quan's (a student at a vocational college) boarding house in Nghi Phu commune to borrow Quan's room to roll firecrackers. Quan agreed and together they "started" rolling firecrackers. When the "case" of firecrackers had not yet been completed, both subjects were arrested.
