Arrested 2 subjects for organizing others to flee abroad

Implementing the plan to combat project NA 0920.3, after conducting an investigation and fully verifying evidence of the behavior "Organizing for others to illegally flee abroad", at 7:00 a.m. on September 29, the Nam Can International Border Guard Station coordinated with the Na Loi Border Guard Station, the Drug and Crime Prevention Department, and the Nghe An Border Guard to conduct procedures to detain and arrest the detainee in an emergency case against Gia Ba Lu (born in 1993), residing in Huoi Vieng village, Dooc May commune, Ky Son district.

Continuing to expand the investigation, at around 4:00 p.m. the same day, the Special Task Force continued the procedures to detain and arrest the person being detained in an emergency case against Lo Thi Quy (born in 1983), residing in Cua Rao 2 village, Xa Luong commune, Tuong Duong district.

Previously, during the border patrol on September 24, the patrol force of the Nam Can International Border Post discovered and arrested Luong Van Dung and Vi Van Than who were illegally entering the country. Through the struggle, the two subjects confessed that they were smuggled in by Gia Ba Lu.illegal exit.

Through the struggle, Gia Ba Lu was able to smuggle 11 people abroad illegally twice.

Currently, the Nghe An Border Guard force has completed the case file, expanded the investigation of the case, and handed over the subject to the authorities for further investigation and handling according to the provisions of law./.
