First Secretary of the Central Youth Union visits and presents gifts to units in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of March 3, the Central Youth Union delegation led by comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union visited and presented gifts to a number of units in the province.

Also going to Nghe An province were comrades Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Dinh Hung - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the working delegation discussed with the Vinh Medical University Youth Union on the need to create a widespread influence of volunteer activities for the community.

At Nghe An Oncology Hospital, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh visited and inspected the activities of the "Bowl of Love Porridge" program implemented by the Youth Union of Vinh Medical University.

This is a regular activity, from Monday to Friday every week, supported by the Nghe An Typical Business Association with funding and the union members and youth of Vinh Medical University buying ingredients and cooking to distribute for free to poor patients being treated at the hospital.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh presented 5 million VND to the volunteer team "Bowl of Love Porridge" of the University of Medicine to support the program.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh highly appreciated the volunteer activities of the Youth Union members and youth of Vinh Medical University in personally organizing the purchase of ingredients and cooking porridge to deliver to poor patients. At the same time, he hoped that these noble acts would continue to spread and multiply so that more and more poor patients would be supported during their treatment. On this occasion, the Central Youth Union also donated 5 million VND to the program "Bowl of Love Porridge" for poor patients at Nghe An Oncology Hospital.
