Provincial Party Secretary works with the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 21, before having a working session with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Communist Youth Union in Nghe An, the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union paid a courtesy visit to comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Central Working Group of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union was led by Comrade A Lun Xay Sun Na Lat - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union; accompanied by the heads and deputy heads of the Central Committees of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union. Receiving the delegation were Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union.

At the reception, Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed his joy at the increasingly close relationship between the two Parties and States in general, and between the Youth Union of Vietnam and Nghe An Province and the Youth Union of Lao People's Democratic Republic in particular. He said that he always pays close attention to the activities of the Youth Union of Nghe An Province, Vietnam as well as the Lao Youth Union.

Expressing his joy at the achievements in socio-economic development of Nghe An province, especially the role of the provincial leaders, comrade A Lun Xay Sun Na Lat highly appreciated the role of youth in the economic development of the province; expressed deep gratitude to the Central Committee of the Communist Youth Union of Vietnam and Nghe An Provincial Youth Union as well as the provincial leaders for their attention, support and cooperation, especially in training cadres and youth work for the brotherly country of Laos.

Every year, Vietnam has many activities such as Green Summer to help the border provinces of Laos with Vietnam, build many projects in Bolikhamxay province; closely coordinate with the Vietnamese delegation, especially maintain and develop strong cooperative relations with 3 provinces bordering Nghe An province.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh said that Nghe An is honored to be a favorite destination for Lao cadres and people. The leaders of Nghe An province always closely coordinate with the three border provinces of Laos, namely Bolikhamxay, Xieng Khouang and Hua Phan, always supporting the cooperative relationship between the youth union of Nghe An province and the youth union of Laos to develop and achieve many practical results. He also emphasized that recently, Vietnam has renovated and upgraded the dormitory of the Youth Academy and has new policies to create better conditions for Lao students to study. The completion of the Vientiane - Nghe An expressway via Thanh Thuy border gate in the near future will not only help facilitate travel between the people of the two countries but also contribute to improving the effectiveness of comprehensive cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

Comrade A Lun Xay Sun Na Lat presented the Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee with the symbol of the land of a million elephants, which is also a symbol of the strength of solidarity and sustainable cooperation between the two countries, the two youth organizations of Laos and Nghe An province.

Comrade A Lun Xay Sun Na Lat thanked the provincial leaders, especially the Provincial Party Secretary as well as the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union for creating conditions for the delegation to visit and learn about a number of youth activity models, especially youth economic development models; laying the foundation for the development of cooperative relations between the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union and Nghe An province; hoping that in the coming time there will be more meaningful and effective exchange and cooperation programs. Comrade A Lun Xay Sun Na Lat conveyed the best wishes and regards of the leaders of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to the Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee and invited Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh to visit models and projects in Laos that the two sides have been and are jointly implementing.
