(Baonghean.vn) - Keng Du Border Guard Station just rescued two women who were swept away by floodwaters at night.
Previously, at 7:00 p.m. on July 24, while carrying rice from the warehouse, passing Huoi Xoc stream, two women from Hat Ta Ven village, Keng Du commune (Ky Son), Luong Thi Dung (born in 1994) and Moong Thi Vuon (born in 2001) were swept away by floodwaters.

Upon receiving the news, officers and soldiers of Keng Du Border Guard Station quickly coordinated with local people to search. After many hours of searching, it was not until 11pm that the two people were found on a mound of earth in the middle of the stream and were promptly given first aid and kept warm. Currently, both are out of danger.
