The Ministry of Education and Training reminds candidates what to do immediately after being admitted to university.
The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued an official dispatch guiding the continued implementation of university and college enrollment (Preschool Education) in 2022. From September 18 to 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2022, the Ministry will open the System for candidates to confirm their enrollment online.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Education and Training notes to schools about confirming admission and organizing admission for candidates.

Training institutions will guide candidates to fully complete the online admission confirmation process; candidates can check the admission confirmation results after exiting and logging back into the System.
Candidates who have confirmed online enrollment must continue to enroll at the training institution according to the plan, time and regulations of each institution.
The Ministry of Education and Training said that training institutions can start organizing admissions at the same time as candidates confirm their admissions, or organize admissions after candidates confirm their admissions online.
Training institutions can track and download updated list data of admitted candidates online on the System.
The Ministry of Education and Training notes that training institutions remind candidates who have not paid the admission fee to continue to fulfill their responsibility to pay the admission fee on the Online System.
Resolve petitions, complaints and feedback
The Ministry of Education and Training also requires that when there are petitions, complaints, or reports of incorrect information (priority areas, priority subjects, admission scores, admission methods, admission combinations, etc.), training institutions must proactively consider and resolve them or coordinate with relevant training institutions to resolve them according to regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights of candidates.

For candidates who are conditionally admitted through the early admission method but fail to successfully register on the System, the training institution can immediately consider additional admission as the candidates who have registered for additional admission.
Training institutions must fulfill their commitments to candidates; advise, support and resolve complaints and complaints and protect the legitimate rights of candidates in cases of risks announced in the enrollment plan according to regulations.
In case the results of handling complaints and petitions change the admission results, the training institution must report to the Ministry of Education and Training to update the System and serve the inspection and examination work.
Additional recruitment
In case the training institution does not meet its enrollment quota after the first round of admission, it will continue to enroll additional rounds. This admission is based on the remaining enrollment quota after deducting the enrollment quota according to the content of the administrative violation handling decision (if any).
The Ministry of Education and Training also requested training institutions to update the list of successful candidates and admissions, admission methods, and training forms in accordance with the correct data structure, regulations in the admission categories (general schools, disadvantaged communes, especially disadvantaged communes, etc.) and on time as prescribed in the System.
