The Resolution of the 12th Party Congress continues to affirm: “Party building is a key task. In particular, focusing on building a clean and strong Party in terms of politics, ideology, organization and ethics, and actively innovating leadership methods are fundamental issues, the basis for building a Party of equal stature, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation”.

The highlight of the Party building work in the past time in implementing the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress is to demonstrate the consistent viewpoints, the most fundamental and core issues of the Vietnamese revolution, the principles in the Party's activities, and at the same time set out specific tasks and new, urgent issues arising from real life such as the fight against corruption, group interests, and degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the Party; improve the quality of Party membership admission and review, screening, and removing unqualified Party members from the Party...

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Nam Dinh emphasized: Organizing the study of Party building work is an important task, helping cadres, party members, and Party committees of grassroots organizations in the Party Committee approach a number of new issues on Party building work in the current period.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies requested the delegates to focus on grasping the basic and new contents and practical issues in Party building work so that they can then thoroughly grasp and disseminate them to agencies and units for cadres and Party members, ensuring practicality, effectiveness and more effective application in practical work.
