On the afternoon of December 17, information from the Quynh Thanh commune government (Quynh Luu district) said that a tragic drowning incident had just occurred in the area. The victim was a child born in 2018.
According to initial information, on the afternoon of December 16, after not seeing the third child anywhere, everyone in the family of Mr. Pham C., residing in Hamlet 11, Quynh Thanh Commune, quickly split up to look for him. During the search, they were shocked to discover that the child had drowned in a neighbor's water tank. Due to late discovery, the child died.
