CIENCO4 announces the transfer of the Urban Area project in Thai Hoa Town
(Baonghean.vn) - CIENCO4 transferred the entire Long Son 2 Urban Area project, part of Long Son 4 in Long Son ward, Thai Hoa town, Nghe An province.
Recently, the People's Committee of Nghe An province approved the transfer of the entire Long Son 2 Urban Area project and part of Long Son 4 Urban Area in Decision No. 3441/QD-UBND, 3442/QD-UBND dated October 5, 2020 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, invested by Cienco4 Group Joint Stock Company to a new investor.
Accordingly, Cienco4 Group will transfer the entire Long Son 2 Urban Area project, part of Long Son 4 in Long Son ward,Thai Hoa town, Nghe An province for Thanh Vinh Real Estate Development Investment Joint Stock Company.
In which, Long Son 2 Urban Area has a total planned land area of 23,821m2.2, including: land divided into lots of 15.24m2(110 townhouses), 504m2 clubhouse land2, internal traffic land 8,293m2.

Long Son 4 urban area has a total area of 56,874m2, of which construction land area is 27,420m2, commercial service land 3,133m2… including 116 townhouses, 54 semi-detached houses and 24 villas.
