Thanh Hoa football team is preparing procedures to sue a media company that posted an advertising price list with the names of its players.
Yesterday, January 31, an advertisement price list of goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung, the hero of U23 Vietnam at the U23 Asian Cup finals, appeared online. This price list is divided into many categories with the amount of up to tens of thousands of dollars if any business wants to invite or use the image of this goalkeeper.

This afternoon, Thanh Hoa Club issued a statement stating: "This advertising price list seriously affects the image of individual player Bui Tien Dung, the Vietnam U23 team, the home team Thanh Hoa and the entire Vietnamese football industry."
The 2017 V-League runner-up also affirmed that businesses wishing to exploit the images of players must go through the club. “All activities related to the exploitation and use of the images of Thanh Hoa players - including goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung - are managed by the club. All players of Thanh Hoa Club are only granted the right to exploit their images to partners who have the written consent of the club,” the announcement stated.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoai, CEO of Thanh Hoa Club, said that the team is carrying out procedures to prepare to file a lawsuit against the company that used goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung's image for advertising and set advertising prices.
