Announcing the Decision to establish a Party organization in a private enterprise in Thai Hoa Town

Attending the announcement ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Le Dinh Ly - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee and Phan Thi Hoan - Secretary of the Provincial Business Party Committee; representatives of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee and Nghe Nhan Group Company Limited.

Pursuant to the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam and regulations of the Party at all levels; on June 24, 2022, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Business Bloc of Nghe An province issued Decision No. 272-QD/DUK on the establishment of the Party Cell of Nghe Nhan Group Company Limited.

The Party Cell of Nghe Nhan Group Company Limited currently has 12 Party members. This is a Party Cell under the Party Committee of Nghe An Province's Business Bloc; operating under Regulation No. 170 of the Central Party Secretariat issued in 2013 on the functions and tasks of Party Committees and grassroots Party Cells in private enterprises.

The decision to establish the Party Cell of Nghe Nhan Group Company Limited appointed comrade Tang Van Luc - General Director of the Company to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary.

At the ceremony, the Executive Committee of the Business Bloc Youth Union also announced the decision to establish the Youth Union of Nghe Nhan Group Co., Ltd. with nearly 60 union members and young people participating in activities. This is the 84th grassroots youth union organization under the Provincial Business Bloc Youth Union.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, comrade Phan Thi Hoan - Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee affirmed that the Party and State are increasingly aware of and more accurately assess the position, role and contributions of economic sectors, including the private economy.

To strengthen the Party's leadership over the private economic sector, the Central and provincial governments have issued many resolutions, directives, projects and conclusions to strengthen Party building and mass organizations in private enterprises.

Developing party organizations and party members in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises is one of the key tasks that the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee has focused on leading and directing in recent times.

In the 2015 - 2020 term alone, the Party Committee of the Bloc has organized propaganda, mobilization and establishment of 11 new Party organizations. From the beginning of the 2020 - 2025 term until now, this is the second Party organization established, bringing the number of grassroots Party organizations under the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee to 137 units.

The Party Secretary of the Bloc proposed that the Party Committee of Nghe Nhan Group Company Limited develop and implement well the working regulations of the Party Committee, the coordination regulations between the Party Committee and the Board of Directors, clearly defining the responsibilities of the collective, individuals, and working relationships; clearly defining the participation of the Party organization in building and developing the enterprise and the responsibility of the enterprise in creating conditions for the Party organization and mass organizations to operate; coordinate to promptly resolve issues related to the rights, obligations and legitimate interests of employees on the basis of compliance with the Constitution, laws and principles and Party Charters.

Party cells and Youth Unions need to study and develop content and methods of operation suitable to the conditions, characteristics and situation of enterprises to promote the role and position of Party organizations and Youth Unions, contributing to the good performance of production and business tasks, promoting the development of enterprises and building strong Party organizations and Youth Unions.

In particular, the Youth Union needs to pay attention to promoting the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of the young workforce in taking on difficult and new tasks at the company, excellently completing professional tasks, taking the lead in building and implementing corporate culture; promoting the role of the young generation in volunteering for community life and social security.
