The Provincial People's Committee has selected Dien Chau district as one of two localities to pilot the Project on developing the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve the national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025 and vision to 2030, of the Government (referred to as Project 06). The district has issued Plan No. 126/KH-UBND and built a provincial-level initiative "Solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of mobile digital household registration in Dien Chau district". In 2022, the Education and Training Department of Dien Chau district has successfully implemented the goal of safe and flexible adaptive teaching and learning; continued to maintain and improve the quality of universal education. Scientific research and experience sharing achieved excellent results, the whole industry achieved 12 provincial-level experience initiatives; won the third prize in the National Youth, Adolescents and Children's Science Creativity Competition.

The whole district has 107/111 schools (96.3%) meeting national standards, of which 34 schools (30.3%) reached level 2. The Education sector has been recognized by the Provincial People's Committee for the 20th consecutive year as an "Excellent Labor Collective" and has been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of Education and Training for its work in universalizing primary education.
