Every day, not only the children come to the field, but the parents of the players also have to arrange their work to pick up and drop off and encourage their children to practice. Mr. Hoang Nghia Minh - Nghi Thu Ward, Cua Lo Town shared: "The weather is very hot but the family has created conditions for the children to practice and participate in the Youth and Children's Football Tournament of Nghe An Newspaper Cup. In previous years, the youth and children's football teams of Cua Lo have advanced many times in the Youth - Children's Football Tournament - Nghe An Newspaper Cup. However, these teams have never won the championship... Therefore, in this 25th season, the two teams of the coastal town are determined to change the history of the tournament.

Therefore, immediately after receiving the official dispatch from the Department of Culture and Sports on organizing the 25th Youth - Children's Football Tournament of Nghe An Newspaper Cup, the Center for Culture, Information and Communication of Cua Lo town selected athletes from primary and secondary schools in the area to form a team to participate in the tournament.

Up to now, the town has selected 10 athletes with good physique, physical strength, football talent and meeting the criteria set by the Organizing Committee to establish a children's football team and 14 athletes for the youth team to compete in the 25th Nghe An Newspaper Cup in 2023 next June.

Entering training, each week, the Center for Culture, Information and Communication of Cua Lo town has arranged for coaches to train the children from 3 to 5 morning or afternoon sessions. The goal of the pre-season training is to help the children improve their physical fitness, technical tactics and competitive spirit.

The biggest weakness of the two youth and children's football teams of the coastal town is the lack of competition experience. Although Cua Lo has a small population, in recent years the town has focused on investing in infrastructure and promoting the movement of physical training and sports following the example of great Uncle Ho. Thanks to that, the mass sports movement has developed strongly, especially the youth and children's football teams of the town have repeatedly achieved high results at provincial competitions.
