On July 30, at the Department of Nephrology - Urology - Dialysis, Provincial General Hospital, an incident occurred: During the process of dialysis, 5 patients were slightly shocked; 3 patients had to be admitted to the Emergency Resuscitation Department for intensive treatment. 2/3 of the seriously ill patients had to be transferred to Bach Mai Hospital, Hanoi for emergency treatment.
