Miss Ngoc Han reveals her life after being promoted to deputy general director

Ngoc Han takes on many different roles at the same time, from designer to deputy general director.

“Sometimes I have this job, sometimes that job. Sometimes I am doing this job but still have to arrange everything else well. Sometimes, I feel overwhelmed, but after all, I find that when I overcome it, I am more mature and closer to the sweet fruit," said the female guest.

Ngoc Han admits that possessing beautiful looks is an advantage but she needs to make more effort and try harder.

Sharing more about her new role as deputy general director of a real estate and resort company, Ngoc Han said it is also related to the previous jobs she did. The beauty said that when she became a beauty queen, she had the opportunity to participate in events and meet many stars. That somewhat supports her current job. Even recently, when conducting an exhibition program, the manager was surprised by the dynamism of the beauty born in 1989. She expressed her opinion: "Being beautiful also means doing good work, not just being a mobile flower vase."

For Ngoc Han, having a beautiful appearance will be an advantage in work. She added that in addition to beauty, intelligence and diligence are also great advantages. "I have been working since I was 13 years old, so I see beauty as an advantage and not a disadvantage," she said. Ngoc Han shared that she has received biased assessments at work because of her beautiful appearance. However, she optimistically thinks that "what they say is their business."

Ngoc Han used to suffer prejudice from people around her because of her beautiful appearance.

“Because of your beauty, you have the opportunity to become an MC, singer or actress. As for how you prove your ability, that is the factor you have to show yourself, otherwise you will be eliminated. You cannot continue to be an MC if you are only beautiful, you cannot be a singer if you sing badly or too badly”, the beauty from Hanoi expressed her opinion. At the same time, Ngoc Han added that if you only rely on your beauty but lack diligence and effort in each assigned task, it will limit your ability in the eyes of everyone.

Talking about the viewpoints of "long legs, short brains", "brainless beauties", Ngoc Han said that she herself had encountered similar prejudices. However, she believes that when she tries to overcome them, she will be appreciated more by others. Therefore, the beauty born in 1989 expressed: "Why don't I overcome them by my own ability? If you are not good or smart, you can do what you can. But if you are both beautiful and talented, why don't you overcome those prejudices by not caring. What people say is their business."

According to Ngoc Han, a person with charisma will not be bothered by negative stereotypes about themselves. Because she believes that they will understand themselves and know their own abilities.
