(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of January 30 (ie the 30th of Tet), leaders of Yen Thanh district went to the district General Hospital to inspect the work of medical examination, treatment and health care for people during Tet, visited and gave gifts to medical staff, doctors on duty during Tet and patients being treated at the hospital.

In addition to preparing enough essential medicines and medical equipment, this year's Tet, Yen Thanh General Hospital has mobilized all leaders, doctors and nurses to take turns on duty according to the 4-level regulations and treat patients. Accordingly, each shift has 20 doctors and nurses, on duty 24/7 at departments and clinics, ready to perform tasks when patients are hospitalized. In addition, the hospital has also set up 2 hotlines, arranged 2 permanent teams, prepared ambulances and medical equipment to transport patients when necessary to higher levels; well organized on-site logistics, serving the team of doctors and nurses to feel secure in performing their duties and ensuring security and order in the hospital area during Tet.

After inspecting the departments and rooms, the leaders of Yen Thanh district acknowledged and highly appreciated the hospital's careful preparation for the treatment and health care of patients during Tet, and at the same time requested that the hospital pay special attention to those who are seriously ill and emergency cases that require hospitalization. On this occasion, the leaders of the district and Chi Linh Pagoda also presented gifts and New Year greetings to the staff, doctors and nurses on duty and presented 50 gifts to patients being treated at Yen Thanh General Hospital.
