Savings interest rate at counter
Sacombank has maintained the same savings interest rate since August last year. Accordingly, the highest interest rate is currently 5.7%/year if you deposit savings online with a term of 24 - 36 months and receive interest at the end of the term.
A survey on March 7 showed that Sacombank's counter deposit interest rates remained unchanged compared to February 2025. Currently, deposit interest rates range from 2.8% - 5.2%/year, depending on the term from 1 - 36 months.
Specifically, the interest rate for savings at the counter for a term of 1 - under 2 months is 2.8%/year, for a term of 2 - under 3 months is 2.9%/year. The interest rate for a term of 3 - under 4 months is 3.2%/year. For a term of 6 months, the interest rate is 4.2%/year and for a term of 9 months is 4.3%/year.
Interest rates for 12-month and 15-month terms are both at 4.9% per year. Meanwhile, the 18-month, 24-month and 36-month terms are kept at 4.9% per year, 5% per year and 5.2% per year, respectively. The highest interest rate is 5.2% per year for terms of 36 months or more. For short terms of less than 1 month, the savings interest rate remains at 0.5% per year.

For online deposits, interest rates at Sacombank remain unchanged at 3.3% - 5.7%/year. Accordingly, interest rates for 1 and 2 month terms are 3.5%/year, while those for 3 - 5 month terms are slightly higher, at 3.6%/year.
For terms of 6 - 11 months, the online savings interest rate is 4.9%/year. The 12 - 13 month term increases to 5.4%/year, the 15 month term is 5.5%/year, the 16 month term is 5.6%/year. If depositing for 24 - 36 months, customers will enjoy the highest interest rate of 5.7%/year.
