(Baonghean.vn) - These days, fishermen and traders in Nghi Xuan commune (Nghi Loc district) have begun the fish grilling season to serve market demand. In the chilly weather of the first days of spring, the smell of grilled fish mixed with the smell of charcoal smoke exudes the rich flavor of a coastal countryside.

Xuan Loc hamlet (Nghi Xuan commune) has nearly 10 households engaged in fish grilling. In addition to the time spent fishing at sea, the men in the hamlet also help their wives prepare the fish for grilling.
