Monthly pension payment schedule in Nghe An
In accordance with Official Letter No. 3830/BHXH-TCKT dated October 25, 2024, from the Vietnam Social Security regarding the transfer of monthly pension and social insurance benefit payments to individual accounts for beneficiaries starting from November 2024, the Nghe An Provincial Social Security Office respectfully announces the schedule for monthly pension and social insurance benefit payments for beneficiaries starting from November 2024 as follows:
1. For pensioners and social insurance beneficiaries who have not registered to receive payments via personal accounts: The Social Insurance Agency authorizes the Post Office to make payments in cash at designated payment points. The time and location of payments will follow the schedule announced by the Post Office.
2. For the recipientpensionSocial insurance benefits via personal accounts: The Social Insurance agency directly transfers monthly pension and social insurance benefit payments to beneficiaries' personal accounts starting from the 1st of each month. If the 1st of each month falls on a weekend or public holiday, payments will begin on the first working day following the weekend or public holiday.
During the payment process, if the bank reports incorrect personal account information for the beneficiary, the agencySocial insurance Coordinate with beneficiaries to complete the necessary paperwork and make payments no later than the 10th of each month.
3. In order to reduce intermediaries and meet the payment requirements for social insurance benefits in line with the digital transformation trend as set out in Project 06/CP, from November 2024, the Nghe An Provincial Social Insurance agency will directly transfer money to the personal accounts of beneficiaries through electronic payment methods (E-COPAY system).
This is a new payment method being implemented nationwide, so during the implementation process, the payment system may become overloaded, leading to delays in the timely disbursement of funds to beneficiaries' accounts. Therefore, the Social Insurance Department of Nghe An province sincerely hopes for the understanding and cooperation of beneficiaries.
