According to the Conclusion of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, as of March 31, 2018, Nghe An province had 277 subjects whose war invalid benefits were suspended, of which Dien Chau district had 15 cases.
After the conclusion of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Nghe An province suspended subsidies and preferential policies; the Military Command of Nghe An province revoked the Certificate of Injury for these cases.
According to the direction of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 3937/UBND-VX dated June 1, 2017, the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns have organized the recovery of the amount of money that subjects have received in violation of regulations.
