Nghe An: Drug dealer pulls grenade pin to attack police
(Baonghean.vn) - Surrounded and arrested by the police force of Ky Son district, Lu Van Chau used a grenade to fight back.
At noon on August 25, Ky Son District Police raided the house considered to be the drug den of Lu Van Chau (born in 1977), residing in Dua village, Luong Minh commune, Tuong Duong district. Suddenly surrounded and arrested, Lu Van Chau used grenades to fiercely fight back against the police force.
When Chau was preparing to pull the pin of the grenade, the police officers promptly knocked him down and controlled him. The arrest was carried out safely.
Authorities seized 1 grenade, 6 AK bullets, 34 sports bullets and 1 homemade gun.

Previously, at around 7:00 p.m. on August 24, while patrolling and controlling Xieng Thu village, Chieu Luu commune, officers of the General Investigation Team of Ky Son District Police discovered and arrested Luong Van Ma (born in 1978), residing in Xieng Thu village, Chieu Luu commune, for the act of "Illegal possession of narcotics"; seized 0.5 grams of heroin.
Ma is one of Lu Van Chau's regular customers.
Currently, the Criminal Police Department of Ky Son District is continuing to investigate and expand the case.
