Attending the Program were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Vo Van Dung - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Tran Thi My Hanh - Director of the Department of Culture and Sports.
Also attending were representatives of provincial departments, branches, sectors and units; leaders of Quy Chau district; actors from the Provincial Traditional Arts Center; Quy Chau District Mass Arts Team, artisans and a large number of local people.
