239 officers and soldiers from the provincial police departments were sent to Vinh City to coordinate in preventing and combating firecrackers, ensuring security and order on New Year's Eve. Since the beginning of 2018, Nghe An police have detected and arrested 1,099 cases, 1,318 criminals related to firecrackers, and seized 12.6 tons of various types of firecrackers.
