Nghe An: Highlights of February 1st
Today, February 1st, the fourth day of the Lunar New Year (Year of the Snake), fishermen in many areas of Nghe An province have begun their first fishing trip; at the same time, according to tradition, today is a day to honor the elderly and wish them long life; many people are also experiencing the first days of spring with many joyful emotions.

Teachers are prohibited from charging fees for extra tutoring from regular students.
On December 30, 2024, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) issued Circular No. 29/2024 regulating supplementary teaching and learning, effective from February 14, 2025, replacing Circular No. 17/2012. This Circular provides detailed regulations to manage supplementary teaching and learning activities in educational institutions.
* At noon on the 4th day of Tet, fishermen in Dien Chau district (Nghe An province)"Opening the sea" for the first trip of the new year.Bringing in plenty of fresh seafood, they are immediately sought after by customers at Lach Van Fishing Port.
Fishermen in the coastal communes of Dien Chau district mainly catch seafood using small boats, operating close to shore. From the evening of the 3rd day of Tet (Lunar New Year), the fishermen of Dien Chau begin their first fishing trip of the year, and by noon on the 4th day of Tet, their boats return to the fishing port after a night of fishing.

* On the evening of the 3rd day of Tet,Music night "Proud of Nghe An - Welcoming Spring 2025"The event, held successfully at Swan Lake Park, Eco Central Park urban area (nearly 200 hectares in Vinh City, Nghe An province), saw singer Duy Manh ignite the passion of over 5,000 spectators with his lyrics in the song "I Am a Person from Province 37," dedicated to the people of Nghe An.
