Villagers of Lang Nhung village, Tam Quang commune (Tuong Duong) said that they also slaughtered cows to celebrate the victory. Meanwhile, Mr. Kha Van Minh of Xop Tu village, My Ly commune (Ky Son) said that he invited relatives from Laos to join in the fun in the final match.
In Con Cuong district, the atmosphere before the match was equally exciting. Teachers from the district's boarding school took pictures to express their feelings about the U23 Vietnam team's belief in victory.
