(Baonghean.vn) - On August 31, many meaningful charity activities of visiting and giving gifts took place in localities in Nghe An province.
*Volunteer group "Do Luong shares love"Giving gifts to Nguyen Thi Thanh in hamlet 9, Tan Son commune, Do Luong district, who is in very difficult circumstances. Her father passed away and her mother left home when Thanh was young, leaving her to take care of her grandmother who is over 80 years old. After school hours, Thanh catches crabs and snails to earn money to support her life. The life of the two grandmothers and grandchildren also depends on the care and help of relatives and neighbors.
Thanh passed the entrance exam to grade 10, Do Luong III High School, however, due to difficult circumstances, he may have to drop out of school halfway.

Sharing the child's situation, the volunteer group "Do Luong Sharing Love" gave a gift of 5 million VND in cash and some books to help the child go to school on the occasion of preparing to enter the new school year.
It is known that after 2 years of establishment, the volunteer group "Do Luong shares love" has organized 18 music nights and raised 2.5 billion VND to support over 300 families in difficult circumstances in the area.
