Deputy Referee Board and son of Head of VFF Referee Board were fired
VPF Company has sent a document to the VFF Referee Board about not inviting Deputy Referee Board member Duong Van Hien and two referees Nguyen Van Kien and Nguyen Trong Thu to work in the V-League.
After the meeting on the afternoon of May 7, the Referee Board has not yet officially concluded whether referee Kien was right or wrong in the imaginary situation of giving an 11m kick in the match between Khanh Hoa vs HAGL in round 7 of Nuti Cafe V-League, causing the team from the mountain town to lose the victory, but affirmed that it will seriously consider it.
In addition to the decision to indefinitely not invite referee Kien, VPF also issued a document not to cooperate with referee Nguyen Trong Thu (son of the Head of the VFF Referee Board Nguyen Van Mui) and Deputy Head of the Referee Board, Supervisor Duong Van Hien.

Referee Thu has made many mistakes since the beginning of the 2018 V-League, while Mr. Hien is said to have not fulfilled his responsibilities and not completed his tasks.
Head of the Referee Board Nguyen Van Mui said he had received a document from VPF on the afternoon of May 7. Regarding the fact that the above referees were not invited to perform their duties, Mr. Mui refused to comment.
