Opening of the national propaganda painting exhibition 2006 - 2007

On the morning of December 16, the Department of Grassroots Culture and Information, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Provincial People's Committee, organized the "Opening Ceremony of the National Propaganda Painting Exhibition 2006 - 2007". Attending the event were comrades from the Department of Grassroots Culture and Information, representatives of the Department of Culture of the provinces in the North Central and Central Highlands regions, and many painters and artists from Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also attended and cut the ribbon to open the event.

This exhibition displays 100 works by 65 professional and amateur artists nationwide selected through creative competitions organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture and Information, serving the propaganda work of political tasks and economic, social and cultural development goals, promoting industrialization, modernization and international integration of the country.

On the same day, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Provincial Cultural Center also held a seminar and launched a poster creation contest to promote the campaign "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example" nationwide.
