Truck crashes into passenger bus, two people seriously injured

(Baonghean) -At 6:15 a.m. on March 12, a truck carrying dozens of wooden blocks with license plate 37V - 2395 suddenly crashed into a passenger bus traveling in the opposite direction with license plate 65L - 3229 driven by Mr. Lam Quoc Nam (born in 1965, residing in Long Tuyen ward, Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city).

The accident resulted in two people being seriously injured. Among the two victims was the truck driver, whose identity has not yet been determined. The other victim was Pham Thi Thoai, a resident of Ha Khoi village, Ky Son commune, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong.

The accident caused traffic congestion on National Highway 1A, through Quynh Thach Commune (Quynh Luu) all morning because the truck was lying horizontally, with many wooden planks blocking the road. The police are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
