Handing over charity houses to Agent Orange victims

(Baonghean) -On the afternoon of March 21, the Women's Union of Quynh Thach commune (Quynh Luu district, Nghe An) handed over a charity house to Ms. Nguyen Thi Than, hamlet 1, a victim of Agent Orange.

The house was built on February 10, worth more than 40 million VND, of which the Association allocated 15 million VND, and members participated in building the house for 23 working days.

It is known that since the implementation of the “Warm House of Love” campaign, the Association has built and handed over 3 new houses with a total value of 61.5 million VND and hundreds of working days. This is a noble gesture of the cadres and women's association members to contribute to stabilizing the lives of women in difficult circumstances.
