Arrested 4 subjects using "ice" drugs

Quan Bau Ward Police (Vinh City) has just arrested 4 subjects using "crystal" drugs in room 308, Hoa Sua Hotel (Vinh City).

The four subjects include Tang Minh Quang, born in 1983 (grade 7, Truong Thi), Nguyen Huyen Trang, born in 1992 (grade 19, Dong Vinh), Phan Van Minh, born in 1979 (grade 6, Le Loi) and Dao Van Binh, born in 1978 (village 5, Hung Dong). The authorities seized a set of homemade bottles to use this type of drug.
