Vinh City: Truck carrying rocks climbed onto the median strip

(Baonghean) -A dump truck carrying white rocks lost control and suddenly climbed onto the median strip after cutting through a traffic sign. As a result, the vehicle suffered multiple parts damage, giving the driver a fright.

The incident occurred at around 3:30 a.m. on November 4, at km456 of National Highway 1A, through Hamlet 15, Nghi Kim Commune, Vinh City, Nghe An.

At the above time, a dump truck with license plate 37C-009.23 (driver unknown) was traveling from Nghi Loc to Vinh City. When reaching the above road, the truck suddenly lost control, crashed and climbed onto the median strip (road divider) at the intersection between the railway and the road.

As a result, the car crashed into a traffic sign, then plowed through half of the median strip about 5 meters long and came to rest on the median strip, the lower part of the car was also severely damaged. After the accident, the driver covered the license plate with paper.

At 7:15 a.m., Vinh City Police were present at the scene to regulate traffic and investigate the cause.
