Conflict leads to stabbing

At approximately 3:30 PM on January 27, 2012, on the Bien Hoa bridge bordering Nhan Thanh and Vinh Thanh communes in Yen Thanh district, due to a conflict, Pham Trong An, born in 1990, residing in Nam Thap hamlet, Vinh Thanh commune, stabbed Pham Dinh Hoang, born in 1984, from Van Nam hamlet, Nhan Thanh commune, in the abdomen with a knife.
As a result, Mr. Pham Dinh Hoang suffered a prolapsed intestine and had to be rushed to Nghe An General Hospital for emergency treatment.
