(Baonghean) -On the afternoon of December 12, Nghi Loc District Police received an investigation commission from Vung Tau City Police regarding the case of Nguyen Th.Gi (born in 1991, Nghi Dien, Nghi Loc), who had his head shaved and had a monster tattooed on his body by Nguyen Thi Tr.A (33 years old, from Nghe An), residing on Le Quang Dinh Street, Thang Nhat Ward, Vung Tau City.

According to the complaint sent to the authorities by the victim, in 2008, Nguyen Th.Gi was hired by Mr. Pham The Ph. (35 years old, from Nam Dinh) and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tr.A (33 years old, from Nghe An) residing on Le Quang Dinh Street, Thang Nhat Ward, Vung Tau City. Mr. Ph. and Mrs. Tr.A assigned him to sell groceries, and let him stay in their house, with the agreement that every month, Mr. Ph. and Mrs. Tr.A would send Gi's family one million VND, and the rest would be paid when Gi started a family. But contrary to the initial promises, Mrs. Tr.A assigned Gi to receive customers at Monel Coffee Shop (Le Quang Dinh Street, Thang Nhat Ward, Vung Tau City). Mrs. Tr.A required Gi to "please" the customers, if he reacted, she would send thugs to threaten him.

On November 26, 2011, Gi was accused by Mrs. Tr.A of having an affair with her husband. She shaved her head, tattooed a monster on her face and chest, then sent Gi back to her hometown and threatened that if she reported him, she would let the mafia take revenge.

After returning to his hometown, heartbroken by Gi's situation (his family had 5 siblings, his father died early, his mother was a farmer), his relatives took Gi to get treatment and remove the tattoo (after 10 days of treatment with a cost of nearly 30 million VND, he still had not improved). Encouraged by many people, on December 11, 2011, Gi wrote a complaint to the authorities denouncing Ms. Tr.A's cruel behavior. Currently, the case is being investigated by the Vung Tau City Police in coordination with the Nghi Loc District Police.

In recent days, neighbors and relatives have always come to encourage Gi's family.
