Death due to speeding

(Baonghean.vn) - At 11:00 a.m. on December 31, a serious traffic accident occurred in Hoang Mai town - Quynh Luu district, causing Le Ba Thanh (born in 1981), a permanent resident of Quynh Vinh commune, Quynh Luu district, to die on the spot.

The initial cause was determined to be that Mr. Le Ba Thanh was driving his motorbike in the wrong direction, lost control of his speed and crashed into a truck with temporary license plate T89-04562.
