Registration fee for passenger cars with less than 10 seats (including driver) in Nghe An province

(Resolution No. 29/2011/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2011 of the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVI, 3rd session)

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to Decree No. 38/2001/PL-UBTVQH10 on fees and charges dated August 28, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2011/ND-CP dated June 17, 2011 of the Government on registration fees and Circular No. 124/2011/TT-BTC dated August 31, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance guiding on registration fees;

Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Nghe An province in Submission No. 7160 /TTr.UBND-TM dated November 21, 2001;

Based on the Audit Report of the Economic and Budget Committee and opinions of the Provincial People's Council delegates.

Article 1. The registration fee for passenger cars with less than 10 seats (including the driver) in Nghe An province is 10%.

Article 2. The Provincial People's Committee is assigned to implement this Resolution and current legal provisions.

Article 3. This Resolution was passed by the 16th term People's Council of Nghe An province, 3rd session on December 9, 2011 and takes effect 10 days after the date of approval. Resolution No. 246/2008/NQ-HDND dated December 20, 2008 of the People's Council of Nghe An province on promulgating the registration fee rate for passenger cars with less than 10 seats in Nghe An province is annulled.
