The reason some households in Nghi Thinh were not given land
(Baonghean) - After receiving an official dispatch from Nghe An Newspaper requesting to resolve and respond to the complaint of Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh, residing in Hamlet 11, Nghi Thinh Commune, Nghi Loc, regarding the fact that she is a party member, wife of Martyr Le Thanh Dong, and has paid money to buy land since 1994 but has not yet been allocated land, on February 6, 2012, the Chairman of Nghi Thinh Commune People's Committee, Nghi Loc issued document No. 01/CV.UBND in response stating:
In 1994, according to the commune's policy, households submitted applications and money to buy land along Provincial Road 534, like some other households, Ms. Vinh submitted 5 million VND, while at the same time some other households had submitted money and were allocated land, but up to now she is a policy household that has not been allocated land.
Regarding this issue, Nghi Thinh Commune People's Committee said: In 1993, Nghi Thinh Commune People's Committee sold land to a number of households who wanted to buy land in the area, including Provincial Road 534 (west of the road to the Commune People's Committee); after selling a number of lots, a number of households continued to request to buy, but the planning area had been sold out. Therefore, the households requested to continue to deposit money for the land, including Mrs. Vinh's household who deposited on October 30, 1994, the amount of 5 million VND so that when the commune sold, they could buy.
However, after that time, the illegal land sale was discovered, so the District People's Committee banned the commune from automatically selling residential land to the people, so the households that had deposited money were no longer allowed to buy land. During the term of the Commune People's Council election from 1999 to 2004, Mr. Vo The Vinh, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, invited Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh and other households to come up to pay for the land, but her family did not accept and continued to ask to buy land (according to Mr. Vinh).
Since then, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Vinh's household and some other households have not been allocated land. The money deposited in the commune People's Committee to buy land from the households was transferred from Mr. Nguyen Dinh Xuan through Mr. Vo The Vinh to Mr. Le Van Hong as chairman and has been transferred until now. Currently, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Vinh has submitted a request for land allocation, but Nghi Thinh Commune People's Committee believes that it does not have enough authority to allocate land to Mrs. Vinh and some other households.
Before the above response of Nghi Thinh Commune People's Committee, Nghi Loc District People's Committee should promptly check whether Mrs. Vinh's household (martyr's wife) is eligible for consideration and land allocation in the form of valuation according to the regulations of the Provincial People's Committee or not to have a solution and officially respond to the people to make them clear.
