(Baonghean.vn) - Nam Dan District Police said they have initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and temporarily detained Hoang Van Khanh (born in 1961, residing in Hamlet 12, Thanh Long Commune, Thanh Chuong District) for illegally buying, selling, and transporting drugs.

At around 9:00 a.m. on March 14, Khanh was riding his motorbike on Highway 15A (through Nam Tan Commune, Nam Dan District) when the district traffic police checked and discovered 975 grams of crystal meth on his motorbike. Khanh admitted that he had purchased the "goods" from a border district and was arrested while on his way to sell them.

Currently, Khanh has been transferred to Nghe An Provincial Police for further investigation.
