(Baonghean.vn) -Within the framework of the program to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the birth of comrade Phan Dang Luu (May 5, 1902 - May 5, 2012), this morning, April 24, the working delegation of Nghe An province led by comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to organize a flower and incense offering ceremony at the grave of comrade Phan Dang Luu at the Ho Chi Minh City Martyrs' Cemetery.

Attending the flower and incense offering ceremony were comrades: Le Thanh Hai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Phan Dinh Trac - Party Central Committee member, Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of the Propaganda Department, Provincial Party Committee Office and Yen Thanh district - the hometown of comrade Phan Dang Luu.

Comrade Phan Dinh Trac visited and presented gifts to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thieng - the eldest daughter-in-law of Comrade Phan Dang Luu, currently living in Hanoi.

Comrade Phan Dang Luu was a former member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Indochinese Communist Party, an outstanding revolutionary veteran, an exemplary steadfast leader, and an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh.

At the grave of comrade Phan Dang Luu, offering a basket of fresh flowers and burning incense, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Dinh Trac promised to work with the people and cadres of the province to successfully implement the resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress. Focus on developing the economy, culture and society to gradually improve the material and spiritual life of the people; determined to make Nghe An one of the well-off provinces of the country as Uncle Ho had wished during his lifetime.

Previously, comrade Phan Dinh Trac and the delegation of provincial officials visited and presented gifts to the family of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thieng (89 years old), wife of Mr. Phan Dang Tam - eldest son of comrade Phan Dang Luu in group 85, Lang Ha ward - Hanoi city, who passed away in 1991; visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Phan Dang Luyen (74 years old), youngest son of comrade Phan Dang Luu in lane 2, Giang Vo 2, Cat Linh ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi city.
