Suspect arrested urgently for snatching a gold necklace.

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of April 5th, the Tan Ky District Police (Nghe An province) urgently apprehended Le Duc Thanh (residing in Yen Son commune, Do Luong district) after he snatched a necklace from a passerby.

At 8:30 AM on the same day, Le Duc Thanh unexpectedly rode his motorbike close to Ms. Nguyen Thi Sam, who was walking on Block 8, Tan Ky town, and snatched her gold necklace (worth approximately 5 million VND). Immediately, the detectives chased after him and apprehended him, recovering two gold necklaces, a mobile phone, a motorbike, and some foreign currency. Thanh confessed to having committed five other snatching robberies with his accomplices in Tan Ky district and surrounding areas.

Authorities are continuing to expand the investigation into the case.
