(Baonghean.vn) -During this morning's rush hour on April 18th, the Vinh City Traffic Police team issued fines to 30 students for violating traffic laws in the area around the gate of Vinh University of Technology and Education.

The main violations were driving without a license, not carrying relevant documents, not wearing a helmet, and carrying more passengers than allowed. The City Police Traffic Police team temporarily seized 10 motorbikes.

Record the violations and issue penalties.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Phi Quyen, Deputy Head of the Vinh City Traffic Police Team, on average, the police handle more than 20 traffic violations daily at key intersections, involving students in the area. The team has coordinated with schools and local authorities to disseminate traffic safety laws and handle violations, while also strengthening the activities of the special task force. However, besides the students' mistakes, parents also bear responsibility for their children's violations. Therefore, to effectively promote traffic safety laws, greater cooperation and attention from each family are needed.
