(Baonghean.vn) - From May 19 to 28, the Nghe An Border Guard Command installed 4 sets of 600 W solar panels for 4 border posts in the western region of Nghe An.

The four stations include: Keng Du, My Ly (Ky Son district), Nhon Mai (Tuong Duong district) and Thong Thu (Que Phong). Each set costs 96,500,000 VND and can be used for 6 hours after each charge.

These are border posts stationed in remote, mountainous areas, especially difficult, without grid electricity. Having solar power will reduce the difficulties for officers and soldiers in daily life, study, and work, help soldiers update information, improve their cultural and spiritual life, and feel secure in performing their tasks well.
