(Baonghean.vn)-On July 11, 2012, the Criminal Investigation Team of the Vinh City Police Department inspected and discovered that the passenger car with license plate 38N-2654, driven by Cu Huy Trung, born in 1995, residing in Huong Son, Ha Tinh, was transporting foreign-made goods without documents proving their origin.

The authorities seized 108 cases of soft drinks, 13 cartons of orange juice, 1,800 bottles of hair dye, 1,000 boxes of toothpaste, 8 rice cookers, with a total value of about 85 million VND. The authorities have now made a record and transferred the above goods to the Market Management Team for handling according to the law.
