While sitting in his office, Mr. Vinh was attacked by a neighbor who rushed in and beat him up. After the sudden attack, the victim collapsed on the spot and had to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.

Mr. Vinh is being treated at Nghe An General Hospital.

The above incident occurred at 3:00 p.m. on May 26, at 88 Ha Huy Tap Street, Vinh City (Nghe An). The victim was Mr. Thai Van Vinh (born in 1962) - currently an IT teacher at Mr. Vinh's IT Center.

At the time mentioned above, Mr. Vinh was sitting in his office when Hoang Van Sy (his neighbor) ran in from outside to “ask” about Mr. Vinh removing Sy’s advertising sign. Before he could say anything, Mr. Vinh was repeatedly hit on the head with a brick by Sy.

Mr. Vinh lost a lot of blood and collapsed on the spot. When his family discovered him and shouted for help, Sy ran away. Mr. Vinh was taken to Nghe An General Hospital for emergency treatment.

On the afternoon of May 26, the reporter was present at Nghe An General Hospital. Lying on the hospital bed, Mr. Vinh said that a week ago, he went to talk to Sy and his wife about fixing the advertising sign because it encroached on his land. On the morning of May 26, while building the house, Mr. Vinh had the workers cut off part of the sign to tile it. However, the incident happened in the afternoon of the same day.

After the incident, Ha Huy Tap ward police were present at the scene to take statements from the victim and Sy to investigate and clarify.
