Vinh Customs Branch: 35 enterprises registered for electronic customs procedures
(Baonghean.vn)-In difficult conditions due to the impact of the economic crisis, import and export activities of enterprises are difficult, but Vinh Customs Branch has focused on leadership to successfully complete political tasks.
During the last term (from 2010 to present), the Branch has completed customs procedures for 6,068 sets of import-export declarations, with a total import-export value of 455,347,994 USD; collected import-export taxes, paid to the budget 585,382,614,925 VND, especially in 2011, the collection reached 145% of the plan, exceeding the target by 45%. Strengthened inspection, examination, and handling of violations, sanctioned 24 cases, collected 68,362,000 VND; effectively implemented administrative reform, applied information technology, electronic customs procedures, reduced inconvenience for businesses,... In particular, from July 2011 to May 2012, 35 businesses completed electronic customs procedures at Vinh Customs Branch, with 590 sets of declarations.
