Training on mass mobilization for specialized cadres

(Baonghean.vn) - On August 6 and 7, the Border Guard of Nghe An province organized a training course on mass mobilization and special propaganda (VĐQC-TTDB) for 115 specialized officers.

The trainees are political commissars, team leaders, deputy team leaders of the VDQC, border guards reinforced in border communes, border guards temporarily participating in party activities at village (hamlet) party cells in the border and coastal areas of the province. During 2 days, the trainees were imparted knowledge and experience in mobilizing the masses, absorbing the Party and State's policies on religion, on building new rural areas, and the Party and State's basic policies and solutions on implementing mass mobilization work in the new period in religious areas and ethnic minority areas.

The knowledge gained from this training course will help officers in charge of border affairs to perform well their assigned political tasks, consolidate the grassroots political system, ensure national defense and security associated with socio-economic development, and gradually eliminate hunger and reduce poverty for people in border areas.
