Drunk, disturbing public order

(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of July 15, at Vang Pao village (Muong Tip commune, Ky Son district), Muong Tip Border Guard Station arrested two subjects: Kha Van Huy (born in 1984, residing in Vang Mon village, Tam Hop commune, Tuong Duong district) and Kha Van Tien (born in 1995, residing in Xoong Con, Luu Kien commune, Tuong Duong district) because both of them were drunk, fought with young people from Vang Pao village, causing public disorder.

The unit administratively fined 2 subjects over 2 million VND to the budget.
