British Film Festival in Vietnam

With the theme London Calling, the British Film Festival will take place in 5 major cities of Vietnam from the end of August 2012..

With films such as: Yellow Submarine (1968, music by The Beatles), Defence Of The Realm (1986), Orlando (1992), Love Actually (2003), The Queen (2006) and Made In Dagenham (2010)…

This festival aims to outline a broad profile, in which both traditional and modern materials are chosen; with many different genres, from psychological, historical to action, horror, comedy. These films have won awards and nominations such as Oscar, BAFTA, Grammy and Golden Globe, with many famous actors performing.

Detailed screening schedule is as follows: Hanoi from August 29 to September 3, at the National Cinema Center (87 Lang Ha), tickets are distributed at the British Council (20 Thuy Khue).
Hai Phong from August 30 to September 4, at 1/5 theater (53 Hoang Van Thu, Hong Bang District), tickets distributed at the theater and the Department of Foreign Affairs (15 Tran Quang Khai, Hong Bang District).
Hue from September 6 to September 11, at the Cultural Information Center (41A Hung Vuong), tickets distributed on the spot.

Da Nang from September 5 to September 10 at Le Do theater (46 Tran Phu), tickets distributed on the spot.
HCMC from August 31 to September 5 at IDECAF (31 Thai Van Lung, District 1), tickets available here and at British Council (25 Le Duan, District 1)./.
